Graft failure was defined as the start of dialysis or retransplantation and kidney function decline was defined as a doubling of serum creatinine. The lines show the adjusted HR and the shaded area corresponds to the pointwise 95% CI. The analyses were adjusted for age, sex, BSA, eGFR and urinary protein excretion. P-values for effects are .006 and .03 for graft failure and kidney function decline, respectively.
