(A) Cell lysates isolated from WT and MCU−/− HEK293T cells were fractionated by FPLC size-exclusion chromatography. Protein fractions ranging from ~10kD to ~900kD were collected, concentrated, and subjected to immunoblotting for MICU1. n= 4 independent experiments.
