Through an adequate history, physical examination, and a preoperative computed tomography scan of the foot, the needle arthroscopic procedure provides a minimally invasive alternative to conventional arthroscopy for the small MTP-1 joint, enhancing the postoperative rehabilitation and joint stiffness.
