Sex differences of the M3 branch of the middle cerebral artery (MCA) in WT and 5xFAD mice. Vessel density, junction density, total vessel length, and average vessel length were assessed at 4, 8, and 12 months of age in males (A–D) and in females (E–H). Significant differences appear to be driven by males.
