Subcellular localization of human wild-type p53 and baculovirus p33 expressed in AcMNPV-infected insect cells. SF-21 cells were transfected with plasmids expressing the indicated proteins. Transfected cells were further infected with AcMNPV and heat shocked after 6 h. At 3 h after heat shock, the cells were fixed in methanol and double stained with DAPI (bottom row) and antibody.
