Replicase activity of open cores and VP6-open cores. The products of replicase assays containing open cores (oc) or VP6-open cores (oc/VP6) and no added mRNA (none) or 5 μg of gene 8 or 6 mRNA were resolved by SDS–12% PAGE and detected by autoradiography.
