A whole-blood specimen (PBL) and a single-cell suspension of lymph node lymphocytes (LN) from the Mamu-A*01+, SIVmac-infected rhesus monkey 138 were stained with Alexa 488-coupled tetrameric Mamu-A*01/p11C, C-M complex and three different PE-coupled MAbs (anti-CD11a, anti-CD49d, and anti-CD95).
