Muller cell-specific markers ApoE, Rlbp1, and Car14 have similar expression levels in both cell populations. (B) Results of pathway analysis (IPA) using all differentially expressed genes between Gfap⁺ and Gfap^– cells show upregulation of EIF2 signaling, oxidative phosphorylation, ephrin receptor signaling, Reelin signaling in neurons, and synaptogenesis signaling pathways in Gfap⁺ Mu-1 cells.
