A 63-year-old male diagnosed with metastatic fibroblastic osteosarcoma in the right pelvis with soft-tissue expansion. Quantitatively, NaF-PET-images demonstrated an SUV decrease (96.3 → 37.1 → 26.7) after three and six cycles of ²²³RaCl₂, respectively. A cumulative activity of 50.3 MBq of ²²³Ra was administered.
