In normal conditions E-cadherin is localized mostly on plasmamembrane with a minor intracellular pool localizing in the Golgi. INS-1E cells were grown on glass coverslips for 48 h, then were vehicle-treated for 24 h. Cells were double-stained with anti-E-cadherin and anti-GS28 (a Golgi marker) antibodies. n = 3
