No morphological differences documented in CD11c⁺ cells within cecal patches of Nlgn3^R451C and WT mice. Both main and ILF Nlgn3^R451C cecal patches (A,B) were immunostained for CD11c whereas only main patches were immunostained for WT mice (C). No significant morphological differences were observed among WT main, Nlgn3 main, and Nlgn3 ILF cecal patches with the parametrized area (D), sphericity (E), and volume (F). Statistical comparisons were conducted using one-way ANOVA with Tukey’s multiple comparisons test. Individual data and mean ± SD were plotted for n = 5 mice in each group. ns = p > 0.005.
