LysoPtdGlc/GPR55 signaling reduces surface expression of ABCA1 on M2c macrophages. ABCA1 expression in M2c macrophages was analyzed by flow cytometry. (A) Cells were fixed, permeabilized with digitonin, and stained with anti-ABCA1 antibody. And then, the cells were stained with Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated secondary antibody. A representative histogram from three independent experiments is shown. Dotted line, isotype control. Solid line, anti-ABCA1 antibody. (B,C) ABCA1 surface expression was analyzed by flow cytometry. Cells were treated with ML193 for 2 h, stimulated with 10 nM lysoPtdGlc for 2 h, and incubated with 50 µg/mL oxLDL for 24 h.
