All the following species had one isolate: M. agri, M. austroafricanum, M. branderi, M. canariasense, M. chlorophenolicum, M. conceptionense-houstonense, M. farcinogenes-senegalense, M. gilvum, M. haemophilum, M. iranicum, M. mageritense, M. monacense, M. palustre, M. phocaicum, M. saskatchewanense, M. senegalense, M. shimoidei, and M. thermoresistibile.
