The first episode of ICI-related pancreatitis occurred with concomitant ICI-related hepatitis and was successfully treated with prednisolone. Afterwards nivolumab was re-introduced without problems. Four years later the patient developed a new episode of ICI-related pancreatitis with chronic features. The patient responded well an prednisolone but the pancreatitis recurred despite two attempts of tapering. After adding azathioprine as maintenance therapy, prednisolone could be completely tapered.
