Recoded from a Likert scale to yes or no. ^10 years intervals. +A composite score was computed using six items, each question had a scale of 0–4 (36). Each question had a scale of 0–4 corresponding to low-high vaccine acceptance, the total composite score was then categorized as low (<25th percentile), medium (25–75th percentile), or high vaccine (>75th percentile).
