Microbacterium (Node 144) and Saccharibacteria both have multiple genes which encode proteins that require thiamine as a cofactor - neither of these genomes encodes for thiamine biosynthesis. A version of this figure with clearer node separation can be found in the supplementary material (Fig. S8).
