Anti-aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase autoantibody positivity plus one among:
 • Myositis (overt or hypomyopathic)

 • Raynaud’s phenomenon
 • Mechanic’s hands
Anti-aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase autoantibody positivity plus (2 major criteria or 1 major plus 2 minor criteria)
