Fig. 1 — 11C7 was detected by capture ELISA, using human Nogo-A delta 20 fragment as a bait, in the brain and in the spinal cord of naive mice after 5 consecutive days of intranasal administration. A The concentration of 11C7 was the highest in the olfactory bulb, the cerebellum and in the lumbar spinal cord. B When expressed per tissue, brain structures contain the highest amounts of 11C7. Values are mean ± S.E.M. Four-five mice have been used for each measurement.
