NGS data were generated at each depth from randomly inserted pseudo genomic sequences with 20-nt sequences randomly extracted from the pRI 201-AN-GUS vector, and k-mer analysis was performed at k = 20. The number of trials that successfully detected the sequence at the 1% level (G-test) was counted.
