Fig. 2 — Expression levels of LPS-induced C3 mRNA in different culture conditions. A Primary neuron/glial and neuron-microglia (without astroglia) cultures were treated with LPS 15 ng/ml. C3 mRNA was detected on day 1 after treatment. Note that the level of C3 mRNA of neuron-glial culture, which showed the highest increase in response to LPS treatment, was set as 100%.
