Dose‐dependent tumour growth inhibition induced by Escherichia coli OMVs. (a) Experimental procedure to evaluate OMV‐induced anti‐tumour responses. C57BL/6 and Balb/c mice were subcutaneously inoculated with MB49 and EMT6 cells, respectively. When the tumour volume reached about 100 mm³, indicated dosage of OMVs was intratumorally administered four times in 3 days interval.
