B6, B6.gld, and B6.lpr mice were immunized with 10⁶ B.GV tumor cells. At 12 days later, 10⁷ responder spleen cells were placed in MLTC with 2 × 10⁵ E♂G2 tumor stimulator cells and/or 2 × 10⁶ viable AKR.H-2^b splenocytes, as indicated. At 6 days later, the cells were assayed for the ability to lyse ⁵¹Cr-labeled E♂G2 tumor target cells. The value for spontaneous release by target cells was 12.1%. E:T, effector-to-target-cell ratio.
