The prospect of the regulation of lncRNAs and miRNAs in SARS-CoV-2 infection. The severity of COVID-19 patients can be diagnosed and classified by detecting NEAT1, MALAT1, miR-106b-5p, miR-221-3p, miR-25-3p, miR-30a-5p, and Circ-3205 and prevent the infection of SARS-CoV-2 by regulating miR-200c, miR-421, miR-143, miR-429 et la. We also can relieve or treat by regulating MALAT1 and NEAT1 and using miR-93-5p agomiR and AS-circRNA. We also should concern about the role of ncRNAs in the complication or sequela of COVID-19.
