For each drug, the CRISPRi-DR model is run on each gene (using data from D1). The coefficient for the slope of concentration dependence βc is extracted from the fitted regression and used to rank the genes both in increasing order (for depletion) and inversely (for enrichment). Green reflects results consistent with expectations based on knowledge of known gene-drug interactions
