Modulation of Src and STAT3 phosphorylation in breast cancer cells by VaM. (A) The protein expression of p-Src, Src, p-STAT3 (Y705), STAT3 (Y705), and SHP-1 was confirmed by immunoblotting. The data were quantified and compared to that of the untreated groups.
