These targets, identified by Gene Ontology (GO:0071480, GO:0071481, and GO:1990182) [168], are listed in Table 2 and Table 3. The potential protein–protein interactions of these targets was analyzed using the STRING database [307]. Radiation- and exosome biogenesis-modulating targets are grouped into top and bottom parts of the figure, respectively. The connecting lines indicate potential protein–protein interactions between the proteins at the ends of each line. Proteins with no recorded interactions are shown on the right side without connecting lines.
