CV-1 cells were transiently transfected with constant amounts of RBE concatemer (0.2 μg), pRSVbgal (0.5 μg), and limiting (0.01 μg) (a) or saturating (0.2 μg) (b) levels of pRSVRev. The CAT activities of RBE concatemers were normalized to β-galactosidase (βgal) activities and to the CAT activity of the positive control (pDM128 plus pRSVRev).
