    Load the trained network model.

  • 2:

    Activate the environmental simulator and generate vehicles.

  • 3:

    Iteratively select V2V links in the system.

  • 4:

    for each V2V link k∈K:

  • 5:

         select the action with the largest value.

  • 6:

    Update the environment simulator based on the selected action.

  • 7:

    Update the evaluation results, including the total transmission rate of V2V and the V2V link load transmission success rate.

  • 8:

    Return the evaluation results.
