Effects of the oral administration of ZSSG on sodium barbital-induced sleep in mice. Mice were orally administered drinking water, Diaz (2.50 mg/kg) or ZSSG (0.19, 0.57 g/kg) for 30 consecutive days. Sodium barbital (270 mg/kg)-induced sleep tests were carried out and the sleep latency of the mice was recorded.
