Comparison of isoprenylation of L as detected by ¹⁴C labeling in vivo and in vitro. Labeling was carried out in vivo, as for Fig. 1, or in vitro, using a coupled transcription-translation system. Samples were subject to electrophoresis as for Fig. 1, followed by electrotransfer and then direct quantitation of ¹⁴C with a bioimager.
