Experimental verification of AOX1 in PCa. (A) AOX1 was classified as an oxidative stress gene. (B, C) Both mRNA level and protein level showed AOX1 in PCa cell lines expressed higher than those in normal prostate cell line. (D) The overexpression transfection was clearly successful in PCa cell lines. (E, F) CCK-8 reveled that overexpression of AOX1 could significantly inhibit the proliferation activity of LNCaP and PC3 cell lines. (G, H) The clone capacity of LNCaP and PC3 cells were inhibited by the overexpression of AOX1.
