Progression to a clinical diagnosis during follow-up

Mean follow-up time: 4.46 (SD 2.68) years. For AD, VaD, DLB and FTD, event to clinical progression was determined as progression to at least MCI (that is, not requiring progression to dementia) together with the other clinical criteria. PD was diagnosed according to Gelb et al., but all also fulfilled the MDS criteria for probable PD at conversion.
