^aGroups of eight, 2-month-old female BALB/c mice were i.n. inoculated with one or two (separated by 2 weeks) doses of psoralen-inactivated, tl EDIM and orally challenged with 4 × 10⁴ infectious EDIM (100 ID₅₀) 4 weeks after the last immunization. Serum and stools analyzed for rotavirus antibody were collected on the day before challenge.
