TNTase activity assay of the recombinant NS5B. RdRp reactions were conducted with a single rNTP (10 μM each ribonucleotide with 10 μCi of [32P]rNTP) by using the 98-nt RNA as a template. Products were analyzed on an 8 M urea–20% polyacrylamide gel. The template (98-nt) and free ribonucleotide (Free rNTP) positions are indicated on the right side of the autoradiograph.
