Expression of mHveB mRNA in mouse cell lines. Total RNA was isolated from the cell lines indicated, and reverse transcription-PCR was performed as described in the text, generating a 494-bp fragment from mHveB cDNA and a 329-bp fragment from β2-microglobulin cDNA. The primers for mHveB were 5′-AGAGTGGAACACGAGAGCTT-3′ and 5′-GGATCCTCTGTCGCCATCAT-3′, and those for β2-microglobulin were 5′-GACCCTGGTCTTTCTGGTGC-3′ and 5′-AGTAGACGGTCTTGGGCTCG-3′ (30).
