Nomogram predicting 30-day mortality in patients with cholangitis. To use a nomogram, draw a vertical line from each variable up to the point. The resulting value is the patient's score on that variable (i.e., “albumin = 1”=90 points). The scores for each variable were then summarized to obtain a total score corresponding to the 30-day probability of death predicted at the bottom of the nomogram. We then plotted a vertical line from the axis of the total point down to the 30-day survival probability, thus obtaining the 30-day survival probability for this patient.
