NIH 3T3 cells were either untreated (CTRL) or were stimulated with 10 ng of EGF or FGF per ml for 10 min in the presence or absence of 5 μM rottlerin (Rott). Cells were lysed, resolved by SDS-PAGE (10% polyacrylamide), and then immunoblotted with anti-phospho-ERK. (B) Expression of PKCδ in NIH 3T3 cells.
