Concurrent Replication and Methylation at Mammalian Origins of Replication

Page 3480: While reexamining the data used to generate Fig. 8, we noticed that we inadvertently neglected to display the methylation status of a CpG that is present at position 900 in the c-myc origin of replication. The CpG at position 900, like the other eight CpGs in this region of the c-myc origin of replication shown in the original figure, is unmethylated. Therefore, the omission does not alter our conclusion that origins of replication are differentially methylated. Nonetheless, we apologize for this omission. The new Fig. 8 below shows the position and methylation status of all nine CpGs contained in this region (CpG at position 900 has an asterisk underneath it).
