TepB is involved in virulence toward C. elegans. C. elegans were infected with P. aeruginosa PA14 wild-type, ΔtepB mutant and the complemented ΔtepB(tepB) strains. The survival rate of C. elegans after infection by P. aeruginosa PA14 was shown in 48 h. Data represent the mean of three biological replicates, each of which was performed with three technical replicates. Statistical analysis was performed by Log-Rank test. **P < 0.002; ***P < 0.001
