(A) TetOn c-JUN plasmid was transferred into hESC and then selected the dox-induced c-JUN hESC with puromycin. c-JUN was induced with 1 μg/ml dox and compared with control hESC by Western blot. (B) Overexpress c-JUN inhibits normal cardiomyocyte morphology. (C) Overexpress c-JUN inhibits TNNT2+ cell generation. Data were from 7–11 biological replicates in three independent experiments and are shown as the mean ± SEM. *** P-value < 0.001, unpaired t test between the control and OE c-JUN groups.
