MiR-10a-5p is significantly upregulated in human tissue samples of ovarian clear cell carcinoma. Examination of miR-10a-5p expression in endometrioma (EOMA, n = 8), ovarian clear cell carcinoma from women with concurrent endometriosis (OCCC & ENDO, n = 8), and ovarian clear cell carcinoma from women without pathologically confirmed endometriosis (OCCC, n = 9).
