We report mean (standard deviation) for the Dice score (DSC) in percentages and the Hausdorff distance at 95% (HD95) in millimeters for the seven tissue types. WM: white matter, Vent: ventricular system, Cer: cerebellum, CSF: cerebrospinal fluid, ECSF: extra-axial CSF, CGM: cortical grey matter, DGM: deep grey matter, BS: brainstem.
