( A) Distribution of gestational ages for operated (fetal surgery) and non-operated fetal brains. The dataset used to compute the atlas contains 39 magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations of non-operated fetuses and 51 MRI examinations of operated fetuses. ( B) Distribution of genders per gestational age. We found no statistical difference between the distributions of gestational ages for males and females using a Mann-Whitney U test with a confidence level of 95%.
