Table 1. Retrieved equivalent Gaussian waist ( w 0, Liu ) and energy threshold value ( E th,Liu ) after applying Liu’s method for the Airy disk represented in Figure 1.

The Liu’s method is applied considering 4 different cases with energies above the ablation threshold ( E th ). The integration correction factor, η ISD , and the ablation energy threshold correction factor, ηEth , are obtained after comparison of the Airy disk function and the retrieved Gaussians functions using the Liu’s method. η F is the fluence correction factor.
