Dissociation of p53 from E1B-55-kDa in the presence of E4orf3. Expression plasmids for p53 (0.5 μg), E1B-55-kDa (0.5 μg) and flag-tagged E4orf3 (1 μg), or “empty” vector constructs were cotransfected as indicated into HeLa cells.
