Calu-3 cells were incubated with 10 µM of the compounds, and phospholipidosis was analysed after 72 h. (B) Inhibition of viral replication. Calu-3 cells were incubated with 10 µM of the compounds and infected with SARS-CoV-2. The viral load was determined after 72 h with RTqPCR. (C) Inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 replication on PCLS.
