Cytotoxic effect of LCPE on HaCaT cells and the inhibition of inflammatory cytokine proteins by LCPE in HaCaT cells with LPS-induced inflammation. HaCaT cells were pretreated without or with LPS (1 µg/mL) for 1 h at 37 °C. Then, cells were treated with LCPE (0, 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.25, 2.5 5, 7.5, 10 µg/mL) for 24 h at 37 °C. (A) Cytotoxic effect of LCPE on non-LPS-induced HaCaT cells. (B) Cytotoxic effect of LCPE on LPS-induced cell viability in HaCaT cells. HaCaT cells were treated with LCPE (0, 0.25, and 0.5 µg/mL) at indicated concentrations for 24 h. COX2 and iNOS levels were quantified.
