Composition ratios of the (a) cells (b) collected phases before/after hexane purification were evaluated with carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, ashes, and others. Both collected phases were derived from the intermediate phase of cells, and both were defined as intermediate and purified intermediate before/after hexane purification. The averaged value and standard deviation (SD) were shown by six-replicated experiments (n = 6).
