This figure depicts the multiple cancer-promoting and cancer-suppressing behaviors of CAFs in pancreatic tumors, as well as the factors and markers associated with these functions. The tumor-promoting effects include chemoresistance, immunosuppression, cancer cell proliferation, angiogenesis, invasion, and ECM remodeling.
