Knockdown of SIL1 inhibited the activity of ERK1/2 signaling pathway in human breast cancer cells. (a) Western blot analysis was used to determine the activity of ERK1/2 signaling pathway. According to the result, the phosphorylation level of ERK1/2 decreased significantly after the transfection of si-SIL1 both in MDA-MB-231 (b) and MCF7 (c) cells.
